Return & Refund Policy for Satsunday

At Satsunday, we want you to enjoy every meal and experience we offer. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and order-related issues.

1. Food Quality Issues

If your food is delivered in poor condition, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will:

  • Replace the incorrect or damaged items, or
  • Issue a Refund for the affected items.

We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to ensure prompt resolution.

2. Catering Services

For catering orders, any issues related to the quality or service should be reported to us within 48 hours after the event. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer a solution, which may include a partial refund or a replacement.

  • Refunds will be provided for issues that fall under our quality guarantee.
  • If the catering service was late or missed key elements, we will do our best to accommodate a resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order has been confirmed.
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Failure to pick up or receive your order within the specified time.
  • Items that were not reported within the allotted time frame (24 hours for regular orders, 48 hours for catering).

4. How to Request a Return/Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Attach any relevant photos or evidence if the problem relates to food quality or incorrect items.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
